Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of the HUBCLICKS website operated by HUBCLICKS PTY LTD (ABN 56 700 781 237), Melbourne, Victoria, Australia ("we", "us", "our").

These Terms apply to your use of this website only.

If you engage HUBCLICKS for website design, Business Hub development, hosting, support, subscriptions or related services, those services may be governed by a separate proposal, scope of work, service agreement or other written terms.

Where there is any inconsistency between these website Terms and a specific written client agreement, the client agreement will apply to the relevant services.

2. Use of This Website

This website is provided to give you information about HubClicks and our Business Hub services, and to allow you to make enquiries. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

3. Enquiries and Communication

When you submit an enquiry through our website, you agree to provide accurate information. Submitting an enquiry does not create any contractual obligation between you and HubClicks — any project, quote or Hub Blueprint proceeds only once separately agreed in writing, typically through a proposal or service agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to HUBCLICKS PTY LTD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Business Hub Demonstrations

This website may display Business Hubs that include live client work, demonstration projects, concept projects, illustrative examples or sample content created to demonstrate HUBCLICKS capabilities.

Where practical, we identify whether a Business Hub is live client work, a demonstration, concept, or illustrative example.

The inclusion of a Business Hub on this website does not necessarily mean that it represents a paying client or a currently operating business.

Features, integrations, content and availability shown in demonstration or concept Hubs may differ from those included in a particular client project or service package.

Availability of individual demo links may also change over time.

6. Website and Demo Availability

We aim to keep this website and any linked Business Hub demonstrations available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Individual demo sites may be temporarily or permanently unavailable, updated, or removed without notice.

7. No Guarantees

While we aim to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular business outcome will result from using our services. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, HUBCLICKS PTY LTD is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

9. Links to Other Websites

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including live Business Hub demonstrations. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not operate.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page.

11. Governing Law
